Survivorship Workgroup
The purpose of the Survivorship Workgroup is to improve resources for cancer survivors and to increase training and knowledge for cancer care providers and primary care providers related to cancer treatment and long-term care needs.
Workgroup members needed
The Survivorship Workgroup will be presenting the findings of the cancer survivor needs assessment in the coming months. At this time we will conduct strategic planning to utilize the findings of the assessment to identify projects and funding opportunities to fill the gaps in Wyoming.
