Childhood Cancer Work Group

This group will focus on continuing the fall bereavement retreat in September, creating a reference guide for providers in Wyoming, and continued training for nurses in Wyoming. Prevention Work Group

The purpose of the Prevention Work Group is to encourage Wyoming residents to take the necessary actions to lower a person’s risk of getting cancer, such as healthy diet, physical activity, and avoiding cancer-causing substances like tobacco. Screening and Early Detection Work Group

The purpose of the Screening and Early Detection Work Group is to promote the early detection of cancer through screenings. Screening for cancers and catching it early can increase the probability of effective, timely, and cost effective treatment. Survivorship Work Group 

This group will focus on survivorship care planning and increasing utilization of plans at cancer centers across the state.
