Fit Cancer

Resource Provided: Social support, exercise programming adapted to folks living with and beyond cancer, emotional support in the form of group-based discussion session.
Eligibility: Open to all living with and beyond cancer, regardless of cancer type and diagnosis date. Participants need access to a computer and ability to join Zoom meetings.
Additional information: Scholarships are offered to those who are unable to afford the program fee ($150, which covers sending exercise equipment and instructor cost).
Harvest 4 Pink

Resource Provided: Harvest 4 Pink provides Ta-Ta Totes to Breast Cancer Warriors-Get B.A.C. (Believers Against Cancer) is a cancer support community that meets the 3rd Thursday of each month. Each month we have a new topic, guest presenter, and enrichment activity.
Eligibility: Cancer survivors and families.
Additional information: The cancer group is free of charge.
Horse Warriors – Saturday Superheroes

Resource Provided: Peer support for people diagnosed with breast cancer and/or caregivers, networking for health care, interaction with horses for self-empowerment and awareness (includes grooming, groundwork, round pen connections, riding, obstacles, games, trail riding), art projects, healthy, nutritious lunches, relaxation in a clean, quiet, pleasant ranch setting in the Wyoming Range.
Eligibility: Anyone who has been diagnosed with breast cancer, or their caregivers. Family programs are also available, providing a fun break from the impacts caring for a severely ill family member can include.
Additional information: We have had people with different types of cancer participate in our equine programs. Cancer Kickers™ has been our basic cancer support program for the past 11 years, but since our founder was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 we have had a focus on that as the diagnosis of the majority of our participants. In 2024 we launched our Saturday Superheroes program to specifically support those healing from breast cancer.
The Riverbend Project

True North Treks

Resource Provided: Outdoor adventures for young adult cancer survivors. Free online mindfulness classes.
Eligibility: Ages 18-39.
Additional information: Empowers young adults and caregivers affected by cancer to “find direction through connection” through free backpacking, canoeing, and retreat-style experiences where participants can connect with nature, connect with peers who have walked a silimar path, and connect with themselves through mindful awareness practices like meditation and yoga.
